Objectives of Ope.fi III
The Ope.fi III competence level aims to develop expertise that supports the functioning of international networks in the field and is internationally applicable. This level focuses on enhancing skills in international or national interactions within demanding educational development tasks, applying and sharing one’s specialized knowledge directly.
Key areas of development include:
- Educational System Development in an International Context: Understanding and contributing to the evolution of educational frameworks globally.
- Participation in International Networks: Engaging in global networks and participatory environments, honing skills in multicultural interaction and influence.
- Pedagogical and Guidance Expertise in One’s Field: Enhancing teaching and mentoring capabilities specific to one’s area of specialization.
- Information and Communication Technology Proficiency: Advancing skills in utilizing digital tools and platforms effectively.
- International and/or National Expert Collaboration: Building and maintaining professional relationships across borders to foster knowledge exchange.
- Information Management and Communication Skills: Developing abilities in data handling, interaction, and communication to support peer learning and personal expertise.

POKE’s Involvement
Our team at POKE has been focusing on integrating digital tools and innovative practices into teaching to better prepare educators for the evolving landscape of education. Throughout the project, we have explored various online learning methods, emphasizing the importance of incorporating and gaining acceptance for these approaches in our educational framework. Our experiences have highlighted the need to adapt to diverse learning styles and the significance of embracing digital platforms to enrich the learning experience.
